AAW WRESTLING AND MADDYGTV ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP TO AIR “AAW: PRO WRESTLING REDEFINED” BEGINNING WEDNESDAY MARCH 5, 2014
CHICAGO (February 3, 2014) – AAW Wrestling and MaddyGTV recently announced a new partnership that will provide the millions of ROKU subscribers access to AAW Wrestling through the up-and-coming broadcast network. Set to premiere in March, “AAW: Pro Wrestling Redefined” will capture the on and off mat action of the AAW including matches, athlete profiles and behind-the-scenes footage.
The first episode of “AAW: Pro Wrestling Redefined” will be available on MaddyGTV next Wednesday March 5, 2014 at 7:00pm.
“AAW: Pro Wrestling Redefined” will feature fan favorites including AAW Heavyweight Champion Shane Hollister, “The War King” Eddie Kingston, The Markus Crane Experience, “Legendary” Dan Lawrence, Jimmy Jacobs, and AAW Heritage Champion “The Money” Matt Cage. Exclusive content outlining AAW’s rise in popularity over the past ten years will also give viewers a sneak peek into the history of the organization.
“For years, we’ve been telling people that AAW is the best in wrestling and we are excited for the opportunity to bring it worldwide,” said Jim Lynam, owner of AAW Wrestling. Mike Petrovich, AAW’s executive producer added, “we are proud to be part of MaddyGTV on ROKU and feel this is a great partnership.”
