By Mike Johnson on 3/4/2014 11:27 AM

Glasgow, Scotland based over-18s promotion Insane Championship Wrestling was filmed for a 4 month period during its 2 biggest shows to date for a BBC Scotland documentary and it had now exceeded expectations and instead will show on the BBC newtwork on BBC One UK wide 10.35pm (also 11.05 Northern Ireland and Wales) Tuesday 11th March.

This is the first time since the days of Big Daddy that British wrestling has been the focus television program for terrestrial television station.  Bios on the three main focuses of the documentary (Grado, Jack Jester and Mark Dallas), as well as some video clips and more can be viewed on the BBC mini site here: www.BBC.co.uk/insanefightclub

An advert for this documentary can also be viewed on the BBC Scotland facebook page at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=794510773912023

The Radio Times TV Guide reads:
"Documentary following the phenomenon of Insane Championship Wrestling, the brainchild of Mark Dallas, who, after becoming frustrated with the restrictions placed upon the traditional sport, put together his own strictly over-18s company. Each event provides brutal, riotous entertainment, with fights often spilling out of the ring. People have even been thrown off balconies. Now Dallas and his wrestling team are planning the biggest show of their lives, as they try to sell out the 1,100 capacity ABC arena in Glasgow. The stakes are high - will it bring them the fame and recognition they need to survive?"

This documentary is directed by Bafta award winning director Adrian McDowall
