Following the loss of opponent for Danny Castillo, Charlie Brenneman has agreed to step in on short notice to fight Castillo at UFC 172. Castillo has won five of his last seven under the UFC banner, with a notable win over Paul Sass at UFC On Fuel TV VII. Brenneman is currently winless in his second UFC run, dropping a fight to Beneil Dariush at UFC Fight Night 35. UFC 172 takes place on April 26th from the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland with Jon Jones and Glover Teixeira headlining.
