!BANG! TV Report – Veterans Helping Veterans Charity Show – Previewing “THE LADY WRESTLER”
The next !BANG! TV Taping, Support Your Troops 102, “Combat Ready” coming to the !BANG! TV Sound Stage in Ocala, Florida Saturday March 29th will be in honor of all who serve in the United States Military with proceeds from the show going to Veterans Helping Veterans of Marion County Florida.
My father, Dory Funk Sr. was a Veteran of World War II and fought in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific. I had no memory of my father until he came home from the war when I was 3 years old.
Dad used to gather at our house with His service buddies and tell stories of life on ship (LSM 182 Beach Landing Craft) in the South Pacific. My ears were wide open listening to stories of Kamikaze flights, beach landings and during noncombat times Dad diving from the conning tower of LSM 182 into the South Pacific and even representing LSM 182 in Ship vs Ship Wrestling Matches.

Marti’s Father, Pastor John E. McKinley also served in the United States Marines during World War II.
It is with respect and honor to all who serve in the United States Military that on Saturday March 29th, Funking Conservatory Wrestling and !BANG! TV Present Support Your Troops 102, “Combat Ready,” a charity show with proceeds going to Marion County Veterans Helping Veterans.
This card will feature a 1 Night Tournament for the Women’s Championship with 4 !BANG! TV Bombshells, Hollywood Heather, Jessica “Power-House” Hill, Claudia “The Claw” Reiff and Paulette Carter.
Also featured on that night on the “!BANG! A Tron” a Preview of !BANG! TV’s Production of the Movie, “THE LADY WRESTLER.”
