A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night 40 as Albert Tumenov faces Anthony Lapsley. Tumenov is currently winless in UFC competition, dropping a fight to Ildemar Alcantara at UFC Fight Night 36. Lapsley is also winless under the UFC banner, with his loss coming to Jason High by decision at UFC 167. UFC Fight Night 40 takes place on May 10th from the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio with Matt Brown and Erick Silva headlining.
