Dennis Siver has failed his post-UFC 168 drug test, having tested positive for human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). Siver defeated Manny Gamburyan at the event by unanimous decision, HCG is commonly used with other banned substances such as steroids. The Nevada State Athletic Commission has yet to announce a penalty for Siver, but one should be announced in the coming days.
