THE LIVE EVENT
Professional wrestling game company introduces crowdsourcing campaign to put on a live show featuring popular characters from their long-running science-fiction universe
Jamestown, NY –Filsinger Games is pleased to welcome Filsinger Games Live Event Productions, a new arm of the gaming company that will present a live action wrestling event featuring classic characters from the Champions of the Galaxy Universe.
Champions of the Galaxy: The Live Event will kickoff GalactiCon 25, the annual Filsinger Games fan convention to be held July 11-13 in Jamestown, NY. Featuring Louden Noxious (of Chikara and Kaiju: Big Battel fame) as the host of the show, Champions of the Galaxy: The Live Event will be set 100 years in the future and star top independent wrestling talent. The first performer announced is Combat Zone Wrestling tag team champion Alex Reynolds, who will portray the iconic wildman, the “Savage” Wolf.
In order to fund the productions costs of Champions of the Galaxy: The Live Event, Filsinger Games has launched a campaign through the popular crowdsourcing website Kickstarter.
