Ivan Buchinger has vacated the Cage Warriors Lightweight Championship and has left the promotion, Stevie Ray will now fight Curt Warburton at Cage Warriors 69 for the vacant title. Ray has won two of three under the Cage Warriors banner, with his lone loss coming to former champion Ivan Buchinger. Warburton is a UFC veteran who won the initial meeting between he and Ray, which happened back at BAMMA 13 in March of 2013. Cage Warriors 69 takes place on June 7th from The Forum in London, England with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
