Fight #1 - Bellator Middleweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Brett Cooper (19-9-0) vs. Kendall Grove (19-13-0)

Referee: John McCarthy

Round One

The round begins with Grove quickly attacking Cooper with leg kicks, Cooper responds by landing some leg kicks of his own. Grove scores a takedown on Cooper and he gets the half guard, Grove transitions to back control on Cooper. Grove starts peppering Cooper with some short range strikes, Grove starts hunting for the submission on Cooper. Cooper does his best to defend himself by throwing strikes behind his back, Grove advances to the full mount on Cooper while landing ground and pound as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Cooper rocking Grove with a two punch combination, Grove goes back to attacking Cooper with leg kicks. Grove also begins to attack Cooper with a plethora of jabs, Cooper begins catching Grove with lots of uppercuts. Grove responds by leveling Cooper with a knee strike to the head, Cooper then pops a swinging Grove with a counter left hook. Grove responds with a knee strike, Cooper drops Grove with a right and he pounces on him until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Brett Cooper def. Kendall Grove by TKO via strikes (3:33, R2)

Fight #2 - Bellator Featherweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Desmond Green (11-2-0) vs. Will Martinez (9-2-1)

Referee: Jason Herzog

Round One

The round begins with Martinez attacking Green with a few leg kicks, Green responds by hitting Martinez with a two punch combination. Martinez cracks Green with a right and he rocks him, Green scores a takedown on Martinez and he gets the half guard. Martinez scrambles to get the fight standing again, Green holds the foot of Martinez in the air while popping him with rights. Green then attacks a kicking Martinez with a plethora of counter punches, Green scores a takedown on Martinez and he gets the full guard. Green starts attacking Martinez with some ground and pound, Green postures up and eats an up kick from Martinez. Green stays on top of Martinez as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Green catching Martinez with a left, Martinez starts rocking Green with a plethora of rights. Martinez fakes the leg kick before hitting Green with more rights, Green grabs a hold of Martinez while attacking his thighs with knee strikes. Green scores a takedown on Martinez and he gets the open guard, Green begins to attack Martinez with some ground and pound, Martinez attempts to catch Green with submissions while on his back. Green stays on top of Martinez as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Martinez catching Green with a wild striking combination, Green starts hitting Martinez with some leg kicks. Green rocks Martinez with a counter right, Martinez recovers by cracking Green in the shoulder with a right. Martinez tries setting Green up for an uppercut and Green counters with a striking combination, Martinez rocks an incoming Green with a two punch combination, Green looks for a takedown and Martinez stuffs it. Green gets a takedown on Martinez as the round ends.

Fight Result: Desmond Green def. Will Martinez by unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27)

Fight #3 - Bellator Featherweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Matt Bessette (13-4-0) vs. Daniel Weichel (32-8-0)

Referee: Jason Herzog

Round One

The round begins with Bessette catching Weichel with a kick to the midsection, Weichel responds by landing a three punch combo on Bessette. Weichel scores a trip takedown on Bessette and he gets the open guard, Weichel postures up before cracking Bessette with a few rights. Weichel starts attacking Bessette with a lot of ground and pound, Weichel occasionally postures up to kick at the legs of Bessette. Weichel eventually advances to the half guard on Bessette, Weichel looks for the arm bar and Bessette escapes to get the fight standing. Weichel holds Bessette against the cage wall as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Weichel nailing Bessette with a few leg kicks, Weichel then cracks a swinging Bessette with a knee strike. Weichel catches a kick from Bessette before shoving him into the cage wall, Weichel then pops Bessette with a right to the rib cage. Bessette responds by cracking Weichel with a few blows to the midsection, Bessette follows that up by catching Weichel with a right hook. Bessette cracks a swinging Weichel with a counter uppercut, Bessette continues attacking Weichel with a multiple strike combination as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Bessette attacking Weichel with punching combinations, Weichel recovers by cracking Bessette with some knee strikes. Weichel scores a takedown on Bessette and he gets the open guard, Weichel advances to the half guard of Bessette. Weichel begins attacking Bessette with some ground and pound, Bessette eventually forces Weichel into his full guard. Weichel continues attacking Bessette with a plethora of short range strikes as the round ends.

Fight Result: Daniel Weichel def. Matt Bessette by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)

Main Event - Bellator Middleweight Title Fight

Alexander Shlemenko (49-7-0) (Champion) vs. Brennan Ward (9-1-0)

Referee: John McCarthy

Round One

The round begins with Shlemenko attacking Ward with a high kick, Ward responds by popping Shlemenko with a right. Shlemenko then cracks a swinging Ward with a counter right, Ward then hits Shlemenko with a jumping spin kick to the midsection. Shlemenko responds by swarming Ward with a ton of strikes, Ward accidentally knee strikes Shlemenko low and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with Ward scoring a takedown on Shlemenko and he gets back control, the referee stands up the fighters for inactivity and Ward pops Shlemenko with a left hook. Ward scores another takedown on Shlemenko and he again gets back control, Ward pops Shlemenko with some short range strikes as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Shlemenko attacking Ward with a variety of strikes, Shlemenko begins nailing Ward with a bunch of knee strikes. Shlemenko then pops Ward with a left to the midsection, Ward looks for a takedown and Shlemenko catches him with a standing guillotine choke to force a tap out.

Fight Result: Alexander Shlemenko def. Brennan Ward by submission via guillotine choke (1:22, R2) to retain the title
