A pair of title bouts as Georgi Karakhanyan defends the featherweight belt against Rick Glenn and David Branch faces Jesse Taylor in the finals of the middleweight title tournament. Karakhanyan will be making the first defense of his championship, which he won by defeating Lance Palmer at WSOF VII. Glenn is currently undefeated in WSOF competition, defeating both Alexandre Pimentel and Artur Rofi.
Branch is a UFC veteran who advanced to the finals of the tournament after defeating Danillo Villefort at WSOF V. Taylor is also a UFC veteran who earned his spot in the tournament finals when he defeated Elvis Mutapcic by decision at the WSOF VII. World Series Of Fighting X takes place on June 21st from the Event Center At San Jose State University in San Jose, California with George Karakhanyan and Rick Glenn headlining.
