A light heavyweight division attraction as UFC veteran Jason Brilz steps into the cage against Raphael Davis. Brilz has won all three fights since his UFC release, which came after a loss to Ryan Bader at UFC 139. Davis will enter the fight riding a three fight winning streak and he is a veteran of the Bellator Fighting Championships. Titan Fighting Championships 28 takes place on April 25th from the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
