ONE FC 15 PRELIMINARY CARD PREVIEW

By David Tees on 4/28/2014 1:14 PM

Kicking off a weekend featuring three MMA events will be another loaded card from the One FC promotion. The event will be headlined by a bantamweight title bout as Bibiano Fernandes defends against Masakatsu Ueda. There are two fights on the preliminary card, featuring some of the best prospects One FC has to offer.

Kicking off the action is a women's atomweight division bout as Jujeath “Bad Girl” Nagaowa (0-0-0) battles Jeet Toshi (2-1-0). Nagaowa will be making her professional MMA debut in this fight and she has little amateur experience to speak of. Toshi is currently winless under the One FC banner, having dropped a fight to Nicole Chua at One FC III. Chua has looked pretty good outside of One FC and she will finally get her first promotional win as she defeats Nagaowa.

Headlining this portion of the card is a middleweight division attraction as Aung La “The Burmese Python” N Sang (14-9-0-1NC) faces Mahmoud “ Steel Man” Salama (4-4-0). N Sang is a longtime veteran of the Cage Fury Fighting Championships promotion and he has previously fought UFC veteran Uriah Hall. Salama has only won just one of his last five fights and he is returning to action after being away for almost a year. N Sang has fought far better competition when compared to Salama and that experience will get him the victory.
