A welterweight division contest has been added to UFC 175 as Ildemar Alcantara is in action against Santiago Ponzinibbio. Alcantara has won three of four fights under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Wagner Prado at UFC On FX VII. Ponzinibbio is currently winless in UFC competition, having dropped a fight to Ryan LaFlare at UFC Fight Night: Belfort vs. Henderson. UFC 175 takes place on July 5th from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada with Chris Weidman and Lyoto Machida headlining.
