AJ STYLES SET TO HOST SEMINAR AND HEADLINE FRIDAY JULY 4TH NWA SUMMER CLASH
SALINE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS BENTON, AR (Little Rock)
Benton, AR – It was announced today that 15-year wrestling veteran AJ Styles will continue his tour of the United States on the independent wrestling scene on Friday July 4th at 7:00pm. Styles will headline the premier National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) event of the year at the NWA Summer Clash where he will wrestle Steve Anthony in the main event at the Salina County Fairgrounds in Benton, AR. The NWA Summer Clash will be the featured event of the Saline County Family Fest slated for July 3-4.
The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) is a professional wrestling governing body which has historically been the largest alliance of independent wrestling promotions in the world and has been in operation since 1948. The Texas based organization, sanctions various NWA championship bouts throughout the world and is the recognized leader in the sanctioning of independent wrestling events and its promoters.
AJ Styles, also known as “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, has wrestled around the world during his career and is most well known for his high flying wrestling maneuvers and one of the originals with the 12 year old wrestling organization TNA Wrestling. During his tenure at TNA, Styles held every title that they sanctioned at one time or another. Recently, Styles with his departure from TNA has been headlining wrestling shows throughout the world including the United Kingdom, Canada, and Japan.
At the NWA Summer Clash, Styles will be matched up against Steve Anthony in the main event. Steve Anthony, hailing from Houma, LA, is well known as a member of the wrestling faction “The Empire”. In addition to heading up this action packed wrestling card, Styles will be hosting a seminar in the afternoon which will be opened to wrestlers of all skill levels. Styles will conduct the seminar ringside at the Saline County Fairgrounds at 2:00pm the day of the show, Friday July 4th. Entry to the seminar will be $40 in advance and $50 on the day of the event.

Tickets to the event include a $50 VIP ringside seat with a special pre-event meet and greet and photo session with AJ Styles and the other top stars of the event Bushwhacker Luke and the Rock n Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson). Bell time for NWA Summer Clash on Friday July 4th is at 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:00pm, with the VIP Meet and Greet starting at 5:00pm. At 9:30pm the Saline County Fairgrounds will present its 4th of July Fireworks display as the conclusion of the July 3-4 Saline County Family Fest.
