Former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin has officially been announced as the Vice President of the One Fighting Championships (One FC). Franklin will be focusing on media relations, the expansion of One FC and also future talent development. Franklin still has a fight left on his UFC deal, but he has not fought since a 2012 knockout loss to Cung Le. UFC President Dana White has given Franklin his blessing to take the job, but was adamant in the fact that Franklin cannot fight anywhere else until his UFC deal is up.
