MFC CHAMP SET FOR UFC DEBUT

Current Maximum Fighting Championships Middleweight Champion Sam Alvey will make his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 47, he will fight Tom Watson. Alvey will make his UFC debut on a three fight winning streak, which includes a win over UFC veteran Jay Silva. Watson has only won just one of four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Stanislav Nedkov at UFC On Fuel TV VII. UFC Fight Night 47 takes place on August 16th from the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine with no headliner announced as of yet.
