6/21- CWE Lethal Lottery Results for 6/20.
Canadian Wrestling's Elite returned to Transcona and Rookie's Sports Bar last night marking one year since our debut at the establishment. What started off as an experimental run at the venue a year ago has exploded as one of the hottest wrestling venues in town with an enthusiastic crowd like an any other!
Being the only CWE venue promoted as 18+ the wrestlers and fans get wild and crazy alike creating an extremely energetic atmosphere that goes unmatched.
On this night those wild and crazy fans would make the matches themselves by drawing out each wrestler and their opponent just seconds before they went to the ring with the winners advancing to the main event match. Here is how it unfolded!
1) "Super Friend" JJ Sanchez pinned "The Mastermind" Kevin Cannon.
2) "Hotshot" Danny Duggan slipped by "Bring The Pain" Matt Fairlane.
3) "Pimp Daddy" Rick Matthews returned to the ring for the first time since October and beat Kevy Chevy via death valley driver.
4) "The Canadian Crusher" AJ Sanchez defeated "First All Star" Brian Rich by submission.
5) "The Rebel" Bobby Collins tapped out Tyler James.
6) Stefan Epic made short of "Average" Adam Race.
7) "Beautiful Bobby Jay pinned "The German Juggernaut" Moses Luke w/Ava
8) In an 8-man tag team elimination main event the teams were drawn to be AJ Sanchez, JJ Sanchez, Rick Matthews, and Kory Kincaid vs. Stefan Epic, Bobby Collins, Bobby Jay, and Danny Duggan. Bobby Jay was declared the winner and sole survivor after pinning AJ Sanchez.
CWE returns to Rookie's Sports Bar on Friday, August 22nd and action this upcoming Friday night in Winnipeg with the CWE debut of WWE Icon LITA!
