MITRIONE/LEWIS HEADING TO UFC FIGHT NIGHT 50

A heavyweight division bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 50 as Derrick Lewis battles Matt Mitrione. Lewis is currently undefeated in UFC competition, last defeating Guto Inocente at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale. Mitrione was originally set to face Stefan Struve at UFC 175, but the bout was cancelled after Struve passed out backstage. UFC Fight Night 50 takes place on September 5th from the Foxwood Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut with Gegard Mousasi and Ronaldo Souza headlining.
