Following a lengthy battle with knee injuries and the passing of her husband, Cat Zingano is set to return to action at UFC 178 and she will face Amanda Nunes. Zingano is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Miesha Tate at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale. Nunes is also undefeated in UFC competition, most notably defeating Sheila Gaff by TKO at UFC 163. UFC 178 takes place on September 27th from a location TBA in Las Vegas, Nevada with Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson headlining.
