TONS OF BOUTS ADDED TO UFC FIGHT NIGHT 54

Six more bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night 54 as Elias Theodoru faces Bruno Santos, Chad Laprise faces Yosdenis Cedeno, Mitch Gagnon faces Aljamain Sterling, Olivier Aubin-Mercier faces Jake Lindsey, Jason Saggo faces Paul Felder and Matt Dwyer faces Albert Tumenov. Theodoru is currently undefeated in UFC competition and he was a winner on the UFC Ultimate Fighter Nations. Santos will be looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC win, which came over Chris Camozzi at UFC 175.

Laprise is also undefeated under the UFC banner and he was the other winner on the UFC Ultimate Fighter Nations. Cedeno will be looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC win, which came over Jerrod Sanders at UFC Fight Night: Cerrone vs. Miller. Gagnon will enter the fight riding a three fight winning streak, most notably defeating Dustin Kimura at UFC 165. Sterling is currently undefeated in UFC competition, last defeating Hugo Viana at UFC Fight Night: Cerrone vs. Miller.

Aubin-Mercier is currently winless in UFC competition, having lost to Chad Laprise at the UFC Ultimate Fighter Nations Finale. Lindsey is currently winless in UFC competition as well, having lost to Jon Tuck at UFC Fight Night: Henderson vs. Khabilov. Saggo is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Josh Shockley by TKO at UFC 174. Felder will be making his UFC debut in this fight and he is a longtime veteran of the Cage Fury Fighting Championships promotion.

Dwyer will be making his UFC debut in this fight, but he holds wins over UFC veteran Demarques Johnson and Shonie Carter. Tumenov will be looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC win, which came over Anthony Lapsley at UFC Fight Night: Brown vs. Silva. UFC Fight Night 54 takes place on October 4th from the Halifax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada with Rory MacDonald and Tarec Saffiedine headlining.
