Longtime WWE announcer and wrestling personality Jim Ross will be part of the Battleground MMA: One announce team, he will join UFC veteran Chael Sonnen to call the action. This will be Ross's first time calling MMA action, but he does have decades of experience calling professional wrestling and professional football (XFL & NFL's Atlanta Falcons) action. Sonnen is currently serving a two year suspension from the NSAC after two failed drug tests, this will be his first time being a color commentator for MMA. Battlegrounds MMA: One takes place on October 3rd from the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a one night welterweight tournament.
