A contest for the Invicta FC Flyweight Title as champion Barb Honchak defends the gold against Takayo Hashi. Honchak will be making the second defense of her championship, last defending it against UFC veteran Leslie Smith at Invicta FC VII. Hashi will be making her Invicta FC debut in this fight, but she has fought UFC veterans Roxanne Modafferi, Cat Zingano and Sarah Kaufman. Invicta FC IX takes place on November 1st from the River Center in Davenport, Iowa with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
