Longtime UFC veteran and World Series Of Fighting veteran John Gunderson has announced his retirement from MMA, his record was 35-16-2. During his twelve year MMA career, Gunderson fought top names like Bryan Caraway, Bart Palaszewski, Ryan Schultz, Rafaello Oliveira, Yves Edwards, Justin Buchholz, Karo Parisyan and Dan Lauzon. Gunderson was actually set to compete next Friday at Bellator 128, but he has been pulled from the card due to his retirement. Gunderson’s last bout came at Rage In The Cage 172 in June 2014, defeating Jeff Fletcher by submission.
