A new top contender to the World Series Of Fighting Welterweight Title will be crowned at the WSOF 17 as Jake Shields faces Brian Foster. Shields is currently undefeated in WSOF competition, having defeated WSOF Canada Welterweight Champion Ryan Ford at the WSOF 14. Foster has won eight of his last nine fights, which includes wins over UFC veterans Matt Brown and Forrest Petz. World Series Of Fighting 17 takes place on January 17th from Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada with no headliner announced as of yet.
