Costas Philippou has suffered a rib injury and he is off the UFC Fight Night 59 card, he was scheduled to face Uriah Hall on the main card. UFC officials are seeking a replacement for Philippou, but nothing has been announced as of this writing. UFC Fight Night 59 takes place on January 18th from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts with Conor McGregor and Dennis Siver headlining.
