FIVE BOUTS SET FOR UFC FIGHT NIGHT 65

A plethora of fights have been added to UFC Fight Night 65 as Jon Delos Reyes faces Roldan Sangcha-an, Kajan Johnson faces Lipeng Zhang, Tae Hyun Bang faces Jon Tuck, Li Jingliang faces Roger Zapata and Nolan Ticman faces Zhuiki Yao. Reyes is currently winless under the UFC banner and both of those losses came in the fights opening round. Sangcha-an is also winless thus far in his UFC run, having dropped a fight to Richie Vaculik at UFC Fight Night: Te Huna vs. Marquardt.

Johnson is currently winless thus far in his UFC tenure, having dropped a fight to Tae Hyun Bang via knockout at UFC 174. Zhang has won two of three fights under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Brendan O’Reilly at UFC Fight Night: Le vs. Bisping.

Bang will be looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC victory, which came over the aforementioned Kajan Johnson at UFC 174. Tuck has rotated wins and losses throughout his UFC run, with his last fight being a loss to Kevin Lee at UFC 178.

Jingliang will be looking to rebound from his first loss under the UFC banner, which came to Nordine Taleb at UFC Fight Night: MacDonald vs. Saffiedine. Zapata will be making his UFC debut in this fight and he is a longtime veteran of the Reality Fighting promotion.

Ticman is currently winless in UFC competition, having dropped a fight to Frankie Saenz via decision at UFC Fight Night: Bader vs. St. Preux. Yao is currently winless in the UFC as well and he is one of the rare fighters to have a losing record while fighting in the UFC. UFC Fight Night 65 takes place on May 16th from the Mall Of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines with Urijah Faber and Frankie Edgar headlining.
