Alexandre De Almeida, the fighter who relinquished his Jungle Fight Featherweight Title to join the UFC Ultimate Fighter Brazil IV, has already been cut from the show. It was discovered by the Nevada State Athletic Commission that the fighter has a brain aneurysm, they notified him just before he was to fly to Nevada to be part of the show. De Almeida has stated that doctors in Brazil has cleared him to fight, but his opportunity to fight in the UFC is gone for now.
