By David Tees on 6/12/2015 12:53 PM

Ever since debuting on AXS TV in late 2014, CES MMA has become one of the best regional MMA promotions to watch. This event will be headlined by a welterweight title bout as Chuck O’Neil defends against Dominique Steele. Also, big show veterans like Matt Bessette and Eric Wisely will be stepping into the CES MMA cage as well.

O’Neil will be making the third defense of his championship, last defending it against Emmanuel Walo at CES MMA 27. Steele will be making his CES MMA debut in this fight, but he does so after winning six of his last seven fights. O’Neil has fought one time in the UFC and he has even dabbled in pro wrestling, competing in the Beyond Wrestling promotion. Steele has already defeated a few big show veterans in Bellator MMA veterans Dan Hornbuckle and Ryan Thomas.
