Bobby Green has suffered an injury and he is off UFC Fight Night 71, replacing him against Al Iaquinta will be Gilbert Melendez. Iaquinta enters the fight on the strength of a four fight winning streak, most notably defeating Jorge Masvidal at UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas. Melendez will enter the fight on a two fight losing streak, which is the first losing streak of the fighters thirteen year MMA career. UFC Fight Night 71 takes place on July 15th from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California with Frank Mir and Todd Duffee headlining.
