A special catchweight division attraction as Andrew Todhunter will be stepping into the cage to battle Dylan Smith. Todhunter will be returning to Legacy FC after getting cut from the UFC this summer after weight cutting issues. Smith will be returning to action after a year-plus away from the sport and this will be his Legacy FC debut. Legacy Fighting Championships 45 takes place on September 11th from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
