The first two bouts are set for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale as Joe Lauzon faces Evan Dunham and Mike Pierce faces Ryan LaFlare. Lauzon has won three of his last four fights in the UFC, most notably defeating Takanori Gomi at UFC On Fox 16. Dunham will enter the fight on a two fight winning streak, last defeating Ross Pearson at UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Leites.
Pierce will be returning to action after a two year absence following a knee injury suffered against Rousimar Palhares at UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. Shields. LaFlare will be looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came to Damian Maia at UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. LaFlare. UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale takes place on December 11th from a location TBA in Las Vegas, Nevada with no headliner announced as of yet.
