Following his victory over Sam Stout at UFC Fight Night 74, Frankie Perez has announced his retirement from the sport. Perez retires with a record of 10-2-0, fighting top names like Sam Stout, Johnny Case, Chris Wade and Tom Marcellino. Perez got a nice bonus from the UFC following his retirement, as they rewarded Perez with a $50,000 “Performance Of The Night†bonus.
