LONGTIME UFC VET CHRIS LEBEN HEADING TO PRISON

By David Tees on 8/31/2015 10:44 PM

Longtime UFC veteran and UFC Ultimate Fighter I cast member Chris Leben will be reporting to prison on September 21st to serve a 120 day sentence for breaking into an apartment owned by his now estranged wife. On top of the 120 day sentence, Leben will also be serving three years probation and he may be released early pending his behavior behind bars.

In June 2015, Leben broke into the apartment of his estranged wife, causing between $3,000 and $4,000 worth of damage. Leben’s estranged wife also has a protective order against him, which a San Diego (California) judge has now extended to ten years. Leben retired as a professional MMA fighter following a loss to Uriah Hall at UFC 168 in December 2013.
