Four more bouts have been added to UFC On Fox 18 as Jake Ellenberger faces Tarec Saffiedine, Olivier Aubin-Mercier faces Joaquim Silva, George Sullivan faces Alexander Yakovlev and Tony Martin faces Felipe Oliveiri. Ellenberger has only won just one of his last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Josh Koscheck at UFC 184. Saffiedine will be returning to action after a year-plus absence due to injury and he was the final Strikeforce Welterweight Champion.
Aubin-Mercier will enter the fight on a three fight winning streak and he was a finalist on the UFC Ultimate Fighter Nations. Silva is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and only one of his bouts as a pro went past the opening round.
Sullivan has won three of four fights under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Mike Rhodes at UFC On Fox X. Yakovlev has won just one of three in his UFC run, with that lone win coming over Gray Maynard at UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas.
Martin has won just one of four fights since joining the UFC, with that lone win coming over Fabricio Camoes at UFC 179. Oliveiri will be making his UFC debut in this fight, but the fighter has only competed once in the last two years. UFC On Fox 18 takes place on January 30th from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey with Anthony Johnson and Ryan Bader headlining.
