A bout for the vacant Victory Fighting Championships Welterweight Title as Jason Jackson faces Victor Moreno. Jackson will be making his Victory FC debut in this fight, but he has fought UFC veterans Hayder Hassan and Colby Covington. Moreno is currently undefeated in Victory FC competition, having defeated Brian Houston at Victory FC: Fight Night Harrah’s II. Victory Fighting Championships 48 takes place on February 19th from the Buccaneer Arena in Urbandale, Iowa with the aforementioned fighter headlining.
