UFC VETERAN CHRIS CARIASO RETIRES

Thirteen fight UFC veteran Chris Cariaso has announced his retirement from the sport, he retires with a record of 17-8-0. Cariaso once challenged for the UFC Flyweight Championship, losing to current champion Demetrious Johnson at UFC 178. During his ten year MMA career, Cariaso fought top names like Rafael Rebello, Alvin Cacdac, Anthony Figueroa, Renan Barao, Will Campuzano, Michael MacDonald, Vaughan Lee, Takeya Mizugaki, John Moraga, Jussier Formiga, Louis Smolka, Demetrious Johnson, Henry Cejudo and Sergio Pettis. Cariaso ends his illustrious MMA career on a three fight losing streak, last dropping a bout to Sergio Pettis at UFC 192.
