Six fight UFC veteran Karlos Vemola, who currently holds a record of 16-5-0, is currently serving a one year prison sentence in Hertsmere, England for operating an illegal cannabis farm. Vemola, his former partner and his former partners parents are all serving prison sentences of varying lengths for being involved in the operation. Vemola last competed in the UFC at UFC On Fiel TV X in 2013, where he suffered a defeat to Caio Magalhaes by submission. Vemola has won seven on eight since his UFC release, most notably appearing the the Ultimate Challenge MMA promotion.
