A pair of championship bouts as Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke defends the flyweight title against Yoshitaka Naito and Marat Gafurov defends the featherweight belt against Kazunori Yokota. Amnuaysirichoke will be making the second defense of his championship, he last defended it against Yago Bryan Farias De Morais at One Championships 32. Naito will be making his One Championships debut in this fight and he is the current Shooto Strawweight Champion.
Gafurov will be making the first defense of his championship, which he won by defeating Naratungalag Jadambaa at One Championships 33. Yokota will be making his One Championships debut in this fight and he is a longtime veteran of the DEEP promotion. One Championships 42 takes place on May 27th from the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand with Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke and Yoshitaka Naito headlining.
