Three fights have been added to the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale as Ross Pearson faces James Krause, Scott Askham faces Anthony Smith and Li Jingliang faces Anton Zafir. Pearson has rotated wins and losses in his last eight UFC appearances, with his last fight being a win over Chad Laprise at UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Mir. Krause will enter the fight riding a two fight winning streak, last defeating Shane Campbell at UFC Fight Night: Cerrone vs. Oliveira.
Askham has rotated wins and losses throughout his UFC run, with his last bout being a win over Chris Dempsey at UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Silva. Smith is currently undefeated in his second UFC run, having defeated Leonardo Guimaraes at UFC Fight Night: Cerrone vs. Oliveira.
Jingliang has rotated wins and losses during his entire UFC run, with his last fight being a loss to Keita Nakamura at UFC Fight Night: Barnett vs. Nelson. Zafir is currently winless in UFC competition, having dropped a fight to James Moontasri by TKO at UFC 193. UFC Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale takes place on July 8th froom the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Claudia Gadelha headlining.
