A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC 199 as John Makdessi does battle against Mehdi Baghdad. Makdessi has only won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Shane Campbell at UFC 186. Baghdad is currently winless under the UFC banner, dropping a fight to Chris Wade at UFC Fight Night: Dillashaw vs. Cruz. UFC 199 takes place on June 4th from The Forum in Los Angeles, California with Luke Rockhold and Chris Weidman headlining.
