A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC 199 as BJ Penn returns to action to take on Dennis Siver. Penn will be returning to action after a self-imposed retirement two years back, but the former welterweight and lightweight champion has not won a fight in almost six years. Siver has only won just one of his last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Charles Rosa at UFC Fight Night: Story vs. Nelson. UFC 199 takes place on June 4th from The Forum in Los Angeles, California with Luke Rockhold and Chris Weidman headlining.
