Legacy Results from April 30: Gargano, LeRae, Konley, More

LegacyWrestling.com - Legacy Wrestling returned Saturday, April 30 to Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA, featuring two title changes for the Legacy Championship and plenty of surprises!

As the night opened and Johnny Gargano was welcomed to Legacy, Hollywood's Finest (Legacy Wrestling General Manager Kevin Murphy, "The Winner" Andy Vineberg, Laszlo Arpad, and Legacy champion Eddie Smooth) tried to steal the moment, until Smooth accept a match on the spot with Gargano. Gargano then beat Smooth for the Legacy Championship!

GM Murphy stated Smooth would have a rematch for the title in the main event. Phil Stamper, on commentary for the evening, then told the live crowd the Board of Directors called him and they agreed to a rematch, but with the stipulation Hollywood's Finest would be handcuffed to the ring.

Facade w/ Dani was able to defeat his surprise opponent, Gory in a match that saw action in and out of the ring.

Joe Keys, the man who has stalked Lio Rush for months, complained about Rush not being there. GM Murphy was providing Keys with a chance to compete in an open challenge, responded to by Tony Deppen. In an intense match, Deppen pinned Keys, who was still focused on wanting to face Rush in the future.

In an amazing high-flying spectacle that defied the existance of gravity, Dezmond Xavier pinned Travis "Flip" Gordon.

In an intense rivalry, Hollywood's Finest Laszlo Arpad pinned Manheim's own TJ Mathis. After the match, all of Hollywood's Finest beat down Mathis and told the crowd they could see the same happen when Arpad faces DJ Hyde in a fan-brings-the-leather-strap, lumberjack match on July 23.

Stamper coronated the new Legacy Tag Team champions, Grey Wolf and Red Scorpion, The Bloodbound Warriors. Dave Crist and JT Davidson came to the ring to offer congratulations in the Warriors' home after Bloodbound came to their home at Dayton's Rockstar Pro recently. Davidson then challenged Bloodbound to an exhibition against Crist and anyone who wanted an opportunity, which turned out to be crowd member Chris Silver. Silver's excitement and inexperience allowed Crist for The Bloodbound Warriors spent most of the match desemating Silver, giving them their victory. After the match, Hollywood Finest violently assaulted The Bloodbound Warriors to leave a statement they are in control. Then Crist assaulted his tag partner and Davidson threatened they would return for Tag Team gold.

In a technical back-and-forth, David Starr pinned Caleb Konley.

In women's action, Candice LeRae pinned Penelope Ford.

In their return match, Eddie Smooth defeated Johnny Gargano to win the Legacy Heavyweight Title. Though Hollywood's Finest was handcuffed to ringside, when ref Bryce Remsburg was knocked out, Vineberg was able to steal the handcuff key and given a pair of brass knucks from Murphy, knocked out Gargano. When that didn't work, Smooth used a low blow to pull off a pinfall to regain the Legacy Championship.

Legacy returns to Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA on Saturday, July 23 - already announced: featuring a Fans-Bring-The-Leather-Strap Lumberjack Match between DJ Hyde and Laszlo Arpad.
