Following the injury to Thiago Meller, Michael Arrant has agreed to step in on short notice to fight John Howard at the World Series Of Fighting 31. Arrant will be making his WSOF debut in this fight and he will be returning to action after being away for nearly a year. Howard will be competing for the first time since his second UFC release, which came after a loss to Tim Means at UFC Fight Night: Namajunas vs. VanZant. World Series Of Fighting 31 takes place on June 17th from the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut with Blagoi Ivanov and Josh Copeland headlining.
