A Resurrection Fighting Alliance Lightweight Title bout as champion Thiago Moises defends against Zach Freeman. Moises will be making the second defense of his championship, last defending it against Jamall Emmers at RFA 38. Freeman will be making his RFA debut in this fight, with seven of his nine pro bouts ending in the opening round. Resurrection Fighting Alliance 44 takes place on September 30th from the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, Missouri with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
