The "Tornado" has created a full training program for hungry, driven, and passionate independent wrestlers to come on the road for a full Canadian Wrestling's Elite tour across the country of Canada and learn and train for every aspect of the business from in the ring training, character development, physical fitness, promos, the business of the business, life on the road and countless other skills of the business you can only learn by being on the road to do so.
Almost every major organization holds open "tryouts" where wrestlers can pay for an opportunity to be evaluated with a VERY small percentage ever getting an opportunity on an actually live event for the company.
Those accepted to be a part of Tony Kozina's program are GUARANTEED matches on the tour live events so Kozina can better evaluate and train your work and apply it in front of a live audience.
With the likes of WWE Hall Of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts, stars from Ring Of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling NOAH, and countless workers from across Canada and the United States booked on this tour you will not only get the opportunity to work directly with some of the top stars in the business in matches on the tour but more importantly network with different stars from the continent and beyond to help advance your career geographically.
The likes of "Kute" Kody Lane, Roy "Flash" Gordon, K-Dos, & "The King Of Pong" Ethan Price have participated in Tony Kozina's training program and were welcomed back as members of the CWE roster with some developing into featured roles for the company in featured matches against top stars in the industry.
