CWE returned home on The Pick Your Poison Tour in front of yet another sold out record breaking crowd for the company! Here is what went down!
1) “Bad Boy” Anderson Tyson Moore pinned “Big” Bobby Schink following the Head Shot.
2) “The Zombie Hunter” MENTALLO defeated CWE Canadian Unified JR Heavyweight Champion “Tornado” Tony Kozina by DQ.
3) CWE 123Approved.ca Hardcore Champion “Misfit” Mike Mission retained against “Jacked Jesus” Tommy Lee Curtis in a street fight.
4) The Cannon Clan, CWE Tag Team Champions “The Crazed Cowboy” Jacob Creed & “The Rebel” Bobby Collins, & “The Rabid Dog” Rob Stardom beat Austin Arrow, Tyler Jones, & Chayse Britton in a 6 Man Tag.
- Following the match Mr. Inkredible made his triumphant return, leading DRAGNEEL & Kevy Chevy into action against The Clan and challenging them to a match on June 1st where if they lose The Clan will own their contracts but if they win they will burn The Confederate Flag.
5) “The Crown Jewel” Chase Owens was victorious over Roy “Flash” Gordon.
6) “Canadian Crusher” AJ Sanchez submitted “Hotshot” Danny Duggan.
7) CWE Champion “Canadian Hercules” Tyler Colton retained against Kevin Lee Davidson.
8) “Beautiful” Bobby Jay w/Jake “The Snake” Roberts beat AJ Smooth w/Sylvester J Fox.
9) In a very controversial finish to the 50 Man Rumble To Remember, AJ Sanchez pushed past officials after being declared officially eliminated as the referees seen him on the floor after being knocked through the second rope and making a judgement call to knock Chase Owens & Danny Duggan, the final 2 participants to the floor.
The referees declared both Owens and Duggan winners as they hit the floor at the same time. Sanchez interrupted and declared himself the winner citing he never went over the top rope and should have not been eliminated.
CWE Champion Tyler Colton ended the controversy and confusion by declaring all 3 men had a valid argument but seeing the CWE Championship was about being the best he’d prove it by inviting all 3 to compete for his title June 1st as he validates what he believes will be the greatest reign in CWE history.
CWE hosts it next major tour event in Winnipeg and the 9th Anniversary Show June 1st.
1/13- Thunder Bay, ON
CWE returned to Thunder Bay, ON in front of its largest crowd ever in Thunder Bay that was lined up down the street in minus 40 to get in for the big event. Here is what took place!
1) CWE Tag Team Champion “The Crazed Cowboy” Jacob Creed pinned The Canadian Cougar.
2) “Hotshot” Danny Duggan addressed the sold out audience and stated after what took place in Winnipeg the night before the next time he was in Thunder Bay he would be CWE Champion. AJ Sanchez interrupted and gave the crowd what he called a spoiler alert and that he would be CWE Champion come June 2nd. Sanchez then submitted Duggan in a heated contest.
3) “The Crown Jewel” Chase Owens with confidence stated in fact he would be the next CWE Champion and proceeded to beat Roy “Flash” Gordon w/Jake “The Snake” Roberts.
4) CWE Canadian Unified JR Heavyweight Champion “Tornado” Tony Kozina retained against Tennessee’s “Top Gun” Chayse Britton to retain.
5) CWE Champion “Canadian Hercules” Tyler Colton retained against Kevin Lee Davidson. After the match a full melee broke out between Colton, Duggan, Sanchez, and Owens which ended with Colton stating everyone seems to be forgetting he is the strongest wrestler in Canada and in wrestling and is represented as the best wrestler in Canada as CWE Champion and would return as champion June 2.
CWE returns to Thunder Bay, ON on June 2nd.
1/14- Sault Ste, Marie, ON
CWE produced its encore event in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario in front of a standing room only audience and this is what took place!
1) Diego DaVinci pinned "Tennessee's Top Gun" Chayse Britton.
2) "The Canadian Crusher" AJ Sanchez submitted "Hotshot" Danny Duggan.
3) "The Crown Jewel" Chase Owens defeated Vinnie DaVinci.
4) CWE Champion "Canadian Hercules" Tyler Colton beat CWE Tag Team Champion "The Crazed Cowboy" Jacob Creed by disqualification.
5) Tyler Colton, Diego & Vinnie DaVinci were victorious in a handicap match against Chase Owens, AJ Sanchez, Jacob Creed, & Chayse Britton in a match Jake "The Snake" Roberts served as a special guest enforcer/
