Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman On Tommaso Ciampa’s Neck Injury
They took a really shitty situation with Ciampa’s neck, no getting around that and it’s such a shame because of this long build. And Ciampa is gonna be fine by the way. He had a C5, C6. I had a nice long talk with him about it. His spirits are good. I had a 5 and 6, I came back, I had an amazing career post surgery. He’s gonna do the same. And he just needs to know other people have been through this. I had mine done in 97’ and this is 2019. Medicine has come a long way since then. There’s different procedures. His is actually very similar to mine, he has screws and a plate in his neck holding the fusion together. He’s gonna be fine. Sh**ty situation and they took this and they did a great job with it. Because what do you do last minute with this? So I thought the fatal-five-way was a good idea. And they had a hell of a match.

Everyone knows I am biased towards that guy anyways, but still, it’s for a reason. Not just because he’s a good guy. His vision for himself, and how he stuck to it and how he’s stayed true to it and even there. Going there involves assimilating and it’s a fine line to walk of how much to assimilate; and there are somethings about his style that are unorthodox and when maybe somebody might try to get him to adjust it’s maybe not a good idea and I think he’s done a great job of walking that line.

Anytime the War Raiders are involved in anything it’s always great. Always. I am gonna go back to last War Games, I remember Hanson, to me, he’s the one that brought it the most. Even though there were some moments in there with Ricochet off the top of the cage, and all that. Hanson stood out to me even amongst all that. I was just continuously ‘oohed’ and ‘aahed’ and he got a pop out of me. The placement of things and where things were done. And War Raiders are in the Shawn Michaels advanced {class}, learning all the secrets, trade secret stuff. And it shows. Since I spent a week down there and I was part of that last set of tapings, that’s why I wanted to do this show today about NXT because I feel a little bit of an extra bond with them now.
Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman On Oney Lorcan Being A Guy To Look Out For in the Future
I would like to see them give the ball to Oney Lorcan, he’s great. I can see him letting his character come out more and his personality and once that does, forget about it. People already like him and he’s already out there killing it. He’s like a little bulldog out there, I think if he owns his shit a little bit more out there and just not be afraid to let his personality come out a little bit more.{Emphasizes} In between in the moves.
