NEW YORK, April 2, 2021 -- FITE announced today three exciting elements surrounding the April 17th Pay Per View event streaming live worldwide from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta: Triller Fight Club: Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren. This four-quadrant entertainment event will feature a night of exciting boxing matches, a premium line-up of top musical talent and a vast array of commentators to help the spectacle unfold, live, on FITE’s vast network of online, mobile, Smart TV, game controller and OTT streaming devices around the globe. Triller Fight Club is a partnership between leading music and social media platform Triller and Snoop Dogg, and is spearheaded by visionary producer Ryan Kavanaugh.
As revealed last week, the revised card will have hard hitting Steve Cunningham facing Frank Mir, and as a co-main event, former world champ, super lightweight Regis Prograis , will take on Ivan Redkach. Joe Fournier will be squaring up against global music icon, Reykon. And in the highly-anticipated main event of the evening, and coming off his sensational knockout of Nate Robinson on the Tyson-Jones PPV card, Jake Paul will meet former Bellator and OneFC champion Ben Askren for an 8 rounder that’s sure to be explosive. The PPV action will start at 9pm ET, with a live and free pre-show starting at 8pm ET.
The all-star commentary team includes announcer Mario Lopez, Snoop Dogg, Pete Davidson, Taylor Hill, Dixie + Charli D’Amelio, plus Al Bernstein, Mike Coppinger, Roman Flores and Sean Wheelock.
