This is the OVW Report for Thursday, September 30, 2021.
Tonight, the Final Four of the Kentucky Title Tournament (Luscious Lawrence, Ca$h Flo, Reverend Ronnie Roberts, & Tony Bizo) compete in the semifinals and the tournament final to crown the first ever Kentucky Heavyweight Champion, Women's Champion Sierra is in action against GLAM, the OVW Tag Team Champions Dark Kloudz are in action, Dani Mo faces Harley Fairfax, OVW Heavyweight Champion Omar Amir addresses the fans, plus much more!

PRE-SHOW:
Eric Cornish & Linda Kay are the ring announcers.
"The Nephilim" D'mone Solavino vs. "The Mayan Mauler" Drew Hernandez.
They lock up and Drew throws D'mone into the corner and splashes him. He throws him to the opposite corner and runs in, but D'mone moves and Drew goes shoulder first into the ringpost. D'mone attacks the left arm/shoulder of Drew and works it over. He locks in a cross armbreaker. Drew is able to get to his feet and powerbomb him off. D'mone tries to go back after the bad shoulder, but Drew fires up and shoulders D'mone in the corner. Drew with a spinebuster, then pounds away on him on the mat. Drew refuses to break and the ref calls for the bell.
WINNER: D'MONE by DQ.
"The Veteran" Jack Vaughn vs. Grayson Douglas Jr.
Grayson tries to get in some offense, but the match is mostly controlled by Jack. Jack with an airplane spin, and a hard lariat to end it.
WINNER: VAUGHN by pinfall.
"The Legacy of Brutality": Big Zo & Steve Michaels (w/"The East End Villain" Josh Ashcraft) vs. Brent Castle & "The Golffather" Dale Springs.
Zo & Steve totally dominate their opponents. Zo squashes Castle in the corner with the cartwheel butt bump and back elbows. He also hits an "Are You Serious?" legdrop to Dale. In the end, Dale is tossed from the ring, and Steve & Zo take Castle down with a double chokeslam for the 3.
WINNERS: LEGACY by pinfall.
OVW TV (HOUR 1):
Bryan Kennison & Steven Johnson are on commentary, Eric Cornish & Linda Kay are the ring announcers.
ZDP & Jared Kripke vs. "The Fanny Pack Party": Dustin Jackson & "The Fanny Pack Kid" Kal Herro.
Dark Kloudz are on commentary. Quick tags by the FPP as they take down Jared, then ZDP. A double back elbow and double elbow drop to ZDP. Jared tags back in and Kal with a drop toehold. They hit him with a double hip toss. Dustin with a long-standing vertical suplex. ZDP tags back in and gets clotheslined. Jared kicks Dustin in the back off the ropes and it allows a brief double team on Dustin by ZDP & Jared. Dustin double clotheslines them down and tags Kal. They put them away for the 3 and have a staredown with Dark Kloudz after the match.
WINNERS: FPP by pinfall.
"The Black Widow" Harley Fairfax vs. Dani Mo.
They lock up and Harley controls early. She hammers her down and catches her with a sidewalk slam for 2. Dani comes back with some kicks and a back elbow in the corner. Harley tries to come back, but Dani with some more kicks. Dani with a Twist of Fate for the 3.
WINNER: DANI by pinfall.
We see Big Zo go after Hy Zaya in the back. Hy avoids the charge and slams a locker door into Zo's head several times, leaving him laying.
"Goodfella" Matt Vine vs. "The Star of the Show" Star Rider.Star kicks his leg, but gets caught for a slam. Off the ropes, Star slides out of a hip toss and locks in a side headlock. He takes him down to the mat. Vine rams him into the corner and hits and kicks him. He throws him to the opposite corner and Star leaps over a charge and dropkicks him. He hits a monkey flip and runs into a back elbow. Vine grabs him by the mask and delivers some uppercuts and splashes him. Star comes back and snapmares him, then dropkicks him. Vine back with a jawjacker, then a big backdrop. He chokes Star in the ropes. Star fires back, but gets hung up in the ropes. Vine with a hard clothesline and goes up. He misses a fist drop. Star fires back, but gets caught with an uppercut. Vine goes for a bomb out of the corner, but Star gets his knees up. Star goes up top and hits the Five Star Frog Splash for the 3!
WINNER: STAR by pinfall.
"The Mercenary" Garrisaon Creed & Damian Chambers vs. "Dark Kloudz": "Hustler" Deget Bundlez & "Elusive" Eric Darkstorm.
This time, the Fanny Pack Party is on commentary. Eric goes right after Damian and hits him into the corner. Deget tags in and Damian & Creed briefly take control in their corner. Deget regains controls and Dark Kloudz make some quick tags, keeping Creed on their side of the ring and double teaming him. Deget runs into a boot from Creed. Creed leaps off the ropes, but Deget catches him and slams him. He dives on him, then Eric tags in and flips in from the apron on him. Creed tries to fire back and gets a hot tag to Damian. Damian fires up, but Dark Kloudz takes him and puts him away with a double TKO for the 3.
WINNERS: KLOUDZ by pinfall.
After the match, the Fanny Pack Party go toward the ring and Dustin gets hit off. They double team Kal. He ducks a double clothesline and Dustin goes up top and takes them down with a double missile dropkick.
We see Steve Michaels go after Hy Zaya outside by the OVW truck. Hy sneaks around the side. Steve gets in the back of the truck looking for him. Hy sneaks back around and shuts the back door and locks him inside.
"Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya vs. "Shotgun" Tony Gunn.
They lock up and Hy clean breaks in the corner. Off the ropes, Gunn shoulder blocks Hy down. Off the ropes again, Gunn takes him down again. He goes to run the ropes again, but Hy trips him. Hy with some quick hits. Gunn comes back and goes for the Takin' Out the Trash, but Hy blocks it and hits a Falcon Arrow. He goes up for Ninja Vanish, but Gunn rolls out of the ring. Hy dropkicks him through the ropes, then hits his head off the steps. As the ref checks on Gunn back inside, Big Zo comes out and hits Hy from behind and knocks him down on the apron. Gunn clubs him across the back and hits him in the corner. He pokes him in the eye. Hy fires back, but Gunn kicks him and delivers the Takin' Out the Trash. He pounds him on the mat, then covers for 2. He tries again for 2. Gunn hits the flying knee to the face. He covers for 2. He goes for another, but misses. Hy with a neckbreaker drop. Hy fires up, and dropkicks him. He monkey flips him out of the corner and hits a hip toss slam. He leaps at Gunn, but Gunn locks him up in a single leg submission. Hy is finally able to get to the ropes. He rolls Gunn up in a small package for 2. He hits him with 2 super kicks and covers, but Gunn gets his foot on the ropes. Hy goes up top, but Gunn gets up and hits him. Gunn goes up with him and tries a superplex, but Hy slides down and powerbombs him for 2! Hy goes up again, but Steve Michaels is out. Steve hits him off and the ref calls for the bell.
WINNER: HY by DQ.
After the match, Gunn goes irate at ringside after learning he lost while Steve & Hy fight inside. Hy comes back and pounds away on Steve's head. Gunn gets in the ring with a chair and cracks Hy in the back with it.

KENTUCKY TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL: "The Complete Package" Tony Bizo (w/Dr. Ricky Jones & "Hollyhood" Haley J) vs. Reverend Ronnie Roberts (w/Jessica Snow).A quick rollup by Ronnie for 2. Bizo hits Ronnie from behind as he looks at Jones outside. Bizo flips Ronnie onto the apron and Ronnie hits him. He pulls him down and delivers a neckbreaker on the side of the apron. He chases Jones around and into the ring where Bizo has recovered and stomps him. He chokes Ronnie in the ropes. Ronnie fires back and drops Bizo. Jones causes a distraction on the apron. Jones pulls Ronnie's head down across the top rope while the ref is distracted and Bizo hits the Bizo Bomb for the 3.
WINNER: BIZO by pinfall.
After the match, Ca$h attacks Luscious and hits him with a chair, then chokes him with it. Officials run out to try and stop him.
"The Rhinestone Cowgirl" GLAM vs. Women's Champion Sierra.GLAM with a side headlock takedown. Quick reversals. After some back and forth exchanges, GLAM hits a super kick, but it only angers Sierra. Sierra takes her down, then hits the Compactor off her back for the 3.
WINNER: SIERRA by pinfall.
KENTUCKY TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL: Ca$h Flo vs. "Mr. Juicy" Luscious Lawrence.They trade blows early. Luscious with a nipple twister in the corner. Ca$h comes back with a big chop. Luscious pounds him in the corner, but runs into a boot. Ca$h squashes him in the opposite corner, then delivers another chop. Ca$h with a backdrop, but then he runs into a boot. Luscious goes to climb up, but Ca$h hits him down and Luscious crashes to the floor. As Luscious tries to climb in, Ca$h knees him in the ropes. A hard takedown off the ropes, then a cover for 2. Ca$h clubs Luscious in the ropes. Luscious tries to club back and charge him, but Ca$h ducks. Ca$h dropkicks him! Ca$h with some hard chops, but Luscious gets fired up by them. He fires back, but runs into a boot. Luscious with a quick rollup attempt for 2. Ca$h suplexes him for 2. Ca$h misses a charge in the corner, and Luscious fires up again. He charges at Ca$h, but Ca$h drops him and locks in a modified Sharpshooter. Luscious is able to reach the bottom rope. Luscious catches him in the corner with the Bootybusters to the face. He clotheslines him, then leaps off the top with a double axehandle. Luscious with a fameasser for 2. Luscious runs into a Sitdown from Ca$h. He goes up top and hits the Payload for 2 as Luscious gets his foot on the rope. Ca$h scoops him up, but Luscious slides off and rolls him up for the 3!
WINNER: LUSCIOUS by pinfall.
Omar Amir is out and says he was in Florida and COVID came and shut everything down. He wasn't sure what to do, but made it to OVW, won the Nightmare Rumble, and became the Heavyweight Champion. He wasn't excited to have won a title, but this title that Doug Basham, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, & John Cena all held. He says 3 weeks ago, he hurt himself during a match. He kept fighting, but after seeing a doctor and getting a MRI, he found out that he totally tore his tricep. He can't keep his promise to be a fighting champion, so he unfortunately has to relinquish the title. He promises to come back bigger, faster, and stronger than ever before!
KENTUCKY TITLE TOURNAMENT FINAL: "The Complete Package" Tony Bizo (w/Dr. Ricky Jones & "Hollyhood" Haley J) vs. "Mr. Juicy" Luscious Lawrence.Bizo attacks Luscious who is all taped up during the match introduction. Bizo stays on him, but Luscious comes back with a bomb for 2. Jones pulls Luscious down across the top rope and Bizo hits a Bizo Bomb for 2. Off the ropes, Haley grabs Bizo. Bizo asks her what that was, and Luscious charges. He runs into Haley and knocks her off. He hits Bizo with a powerslam and goes out to check on her. Bizo runs him into the ringpost and covers for 2. Luscious comes back and hits the One Night Stand for the 3!
WINNER and NEW KENTUCKY HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: LUSCIOUS by pinfall.
