DANA WHITE SAYS HE’S MAKING A DOOCUMENTARY ABOUT THE MEDIA’S TREATMENT OF THE UFC DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC

Many people and businesses were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but many may not have suffered at the level the UFC did.

UFC President Dana White intends to bring this ill-mannered treatment to light as he is making a documentary about the media’s treatment of the UFC during the pandemic.

“I’m making a documentary about the media that I’m putting together that I can’t wait to put out. Where I’m calling people out by name, the publication they work for… I can’t wait, trust me this is going to be a passion project for me,” White recently told OutKick’s The Gunz Show (transcript via Sean Keely of Awful Announcing).

The UFC was one of the first combat sports promotions to run during the pandemic, running the majority of the events from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

White himself also revealed a personal philosophy he has for those who go against him.

“When I started Power Slap, I had this [quote] installed in my office and it says, ‘May God have mercy upon my enemies – because I won’t.’ And I have it in there in my office and I look at it every f’n day and that is the way that I’m wired and that is the way I think all day, every single day,” says White.
